Manifest Your Dreams in 2022: The Top 3 Reasons You Should Create a Vision Board

Hey Loves! The beginning of the year always feels like a time of new opportunities to dream and be inspired. One of the best ways I’ve found to bring all of the inspiration and goals together is through a vision board.

I guess I have always been a visionary person. I have been keeping a journal since I was a young girl and later developed a love for capturing memories through scrapbooking. Along the way, I gravitated to self-help and motivational books. Hope for what the future could be using visual images is where my love for vision boards began. Now, I enjoy sharing with others what their future can hold if you dream, plan and believe.

What is a Vision Board? A Vision Board is a manifestation tool used to help you set your intentions, dreams and goals using visual representations.

Whether you are new to Vision Boarding or have done one before, here are 3 reasons to create a Vision Board in 2022!

1. To motivate and inspire you toward realizing your goals and dreams. A vision board is all about YOU. It starts with the visions you hold for yourself, and how determination and belief can guide you to manifesting your heart’s desire.
2. To layout your goals and dreams using visual representations. There is no right or wrong way to do a Vision Board. Your board should work for YOU. Begin by creating an inspiring space to build your board (candles or incense work great), gather your materials (poster board, scissors, glue, magazines) and set your intention on what you want for your life and begin the process to be inspired and motivated in 2022!
3. To track and measure your progress towards your goals and dreams. Holding yourself accountable to the goals and dreams you set for yourself is key. When you analyze your progress you hold yourself accountable which provides youthe opportunity to pivot, and readjust the items on your board.
